WELCOME TO SPRINGFIELD HOUSE STUDIO
The Springfield House Studio is a truly glorious self-contained self catering holiday experience.
It is a wonderfully bright, sunny and modern space offering twin beds or a double
with an en-suite bathroom encompassing a bath with a hand held shower.
There is a small double sofa bed suitable for one or two children.
There is a 32" flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, torch,
maps and local attraction information and free WI-FI in the conservatory.
We also provide a complimentary bottle of "fizz" upon arrival.
Springfield House is located in one of Burley's most secluded areas with direct
access onto the Forest. There are lovely views across our paddocks and
beautiful gardens which you are very welcome to use.
There is ample private parking.
Please note that access to the studio is up a flight of external stairs
- you have your own key and are in a seperate building to the main house.
The studio is non-smoking but we are happy for you to smoke in the gardens.

SELF CATERING
There is a fully functioning kitchen area with everything you may need to self cater efficiently.
The village has a wonderful butcher and grocery store
and all local supermarkets within 10-15 minute drive.
Milk and bread will be provided on arrival.
All linen and towels provided
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You are welcome any time after 3pm and we ask you to depart by 11am.
